These Terms govern your use of BuildMyADULA.com and the preliminary ADU estimate and communication features provided by Build Construction Corporation (“Build Construction,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these Terms.

Preliminary estimates only

Online cost, timeline, size, rent, and feasibility information is provided only for early planning. It is not a construction bid, contract, appraisal, zoning determination, permit approval, financing offer, tax advice, investment advice, or guarantee. Actual results depend on property conditions, utilities, access, design, engineering, materials, labor, permits, city review, financing, and market conditions.

No construction agreement

Submitting a request, scheduling a consultation, or receiving an estimate does not create a contractor-client relationship or obligate either party to proceed. Construction services require a separate written agreement signed by the appropriate parties.

Your submissions

You agree to provide information you are authorized to share and that is reasonably accurate. You may not use the website to submit unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or automated requests, interfere with the website, or attempt to access systems or information without authorization.

SMS terms

If you check the text-message consent box, you agree to receive project, estimate, and scheduling text messages from Build Construction Corporation at the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number provided and will notify us if the number changes.

Email and phone communications

When you request a property review, you authorize us to respond using the phone number or email you provide about that request. You may ask us to stop nonessential communications at any time.

Third-party services

The website may link to third-party calendars, maps, financing providers, messaging services, or other websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, availability, terms, or privacy practices. Financing is subject to separate lender qualification and terms; Build Construction is not a lender.

Intellectual property

The website’s original text, design, code, branding, and other content are owned by Build Construction or used with permission. You may use the website for personal, noncommercial planning but may not copy or republish it as your own service.

Disclaimers and limitation

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties relating to the website and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of preliminary online information. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
